This project, located in the Sheridan-Kalorama Historic District. The brick and limestone façade of the original 1922 St. Albans apartment building was preserved and incorporated into the new building.  The design added a contemporary, but complementary expression to a neighborhood with traditional embassies, mansions, and grand apartment buildings.  The redevelopment project covers an area of more than 55,000 square feet. The nine-floor new building will be equipped with state-of-the-art amenities.
